A premier independent care provider – rated one of the UK’s top 25 companies to work for in 2021 – is now looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult) to join their purpose-built care home in Braunton, which provides person-centred care to both elderly residents and younger adults with MS or physical disabilities, all in view of both the Taw Estuary and the stunning North Devon coastline.
As a Senior Nurse with the home, you will use your substantial clinical expertise to produce and implement effective and person-centred care plans, make critical decisions, and act as a role model of best practice to more junior team members, with the ultimate goal of maintaining a consistently safe and therapeutic environment for the residents in your care.
Alongside a dedicated team of carers, activities coordinators, and physiotherapists, you will be able to help residents with age-related or rehabilitative needs to live comfortably while remaining as independent and active as possible.
This is a permanent role for a Senior Nurse (RN Adult), ideally full-time (36 hours per week). Day or Night shift patterns are available to suit your preference.
Part-time (24h/w) or bank hours may be available for the right candidate.
Person specification:
You must have valid registration with the NMC as an RN Adult.
