A brand-new premier care home is now looking for an experienced Care Assistant (HCA) to join the team as a Senior Care Assistant, just in time for its grand opening!
Set in a beautiful riverside location near Guildford, this residential care home was specifically designed to blend luxury living with research-based, memory-friendly techniques from the very start – promising the perfect mix of comfort, style and safety for people with age- and dementia-related needs, in view of the scenic Surrey Hills.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be trusted to support the more advanced elements of clinical care (such as medication and assessments) and to mentor more junior members of the team, fostering a pleasant and stress-free environment for the residents.

This is a permanent position for a Senior Care Assistant, with the following hours available:
- Days, 33h per week - £15.00 per hour
- Nights, 33h per week - £15.50 per hour
Person specification:
- (Essential) At least 2 years’ experience as a Care Assistant in an elderly care setting
- (Essential) Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
