A fantastic opportunity is now available for a Registered Nurse (RN Adult) to join a national leader for comprehensive palliative care as a Staff Nurse or Senior Staff Nurse with their West Yorkshire inpatient team.

The unit provides both day and round-the-clock services – from pain and symptom management to emotional and practical support – to individuals with life-limiting conditions, such as cancer, heart failure or chronic respiratory failure, and their loved ones. Through both inpatient support and day services that help patients stay in their own homes for longer, the team makes a real difference to people experiencing the most difficult times of their lives.

As a Staff or Senior Staff Nurse with the team, you will be able to deliver clinical end-of-life care that safely and effectively manages symptoms, supports emotional wellbeing, improves quality of life, and ensures that the voices of each patient are heard throughout.

This is a permanent role for a Registered Nurse, with full-time or part-time hours available. You will be offered additional pay enhancements for all night, weekend, and bank holiday shifts alongside a comprehensive benefits package.

Person specification:

You must hold valid NMC registration as an RN Adult.

You must have at least 1 year’s post-registration experience.

Experience within neurological or specialist palliative care is preferred but not essential.
