Person Specification
- Experienced Pharmacy Dispenser/Technician with strong dispensary leadership skills
- NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services/equivalent
- Confident, proactive and capable of leading a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Enthusiastic about improving processes and supporting staff development
