A top-level provider of mental health and addiction therapies now has a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Registered Mental Health or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RMN / RNLD) to join the team at their newly established, ultra-modern hospital just outside of Birmingham.

Purpose-built with views of the scenic Lickey Hill Country Park, the hospital offers inpatient acute, intensive care, and outpatient day services to a focused number of NHS- and self-funded visitors, aiding recovery from complex mental health issues (including for mood, anxiety, trauma/stressor-related, and personality disorders) within a high-end, private, and comfortable setting.

As a Staff Nurse with the team, you will assess, plan, and deliver a wide range of therapies that involve and respect your patients, focus on recovery, and prioritise safety at every step. You will put patient care at the forefront of everything you do, giving each person the support, they need to make real and lasting improvements in their mental health.

This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5h/week) for a Mental Health Staff Nurse, with mixed or nights-only working patterns currently available. Pay enhancements will be offered for all unsocial hours and overtime hours.

Person specification:

You must be registered with the NMC as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD).

You must have at least 1 year’s post-registration experience, including within clinical mental health.
