Person Specification
- GPhC-registered pharmacist
- Independent Prescriber qualification
- Significant experience within a clinical or hospital pharmacy setting
- Proven track record of leading and managing large pharmacy or MDT teams
- Confident, credible leader with a strong management presence
- In-depth knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and quality standards
