An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) to join the team at a CQC-“Outstanding” nursing home as their Deputy Care Home Manager.

As a clinical Deputy Care Home Manager, you will be the home’s Clinical Lead. You’ll assist with the home’s operations, monitor compliance, and oversee the delivery of nursing care that is person-centred and conserves an excellent quality of life.

Person specification:
(Essential) Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
(Essential) Experience caring for older adults with complex health needs
(Essential) Clinical leadership experience – e.g. conducting risk assessments and investigations, managing a budget, supporting the development of a clinical team
