An internationally-renowned hospital for elective therapies – a flagship service led by one of the UK’s foremost independent providers, rated one of the Top 15 Employers in Health & Social Care in 2022 – is now looking for an experienced Theatre Nurse or ODP to lead the Operating Department as the Theatre Manager and help guide the team through an exciting period of investment.

  • Providing direction and leadership to maintain best practice and continuously achieve CQC standards.
  • Managing and coordinating the team so that each member feels motivated and supported to develop in the workplace.

In return, you will be offered ongoing opportunities for professional growth, the right work-life balance for you and your family, and enhanced support for your own health and wellbeing.

This is a permanent, full-time Theatre Manager role (37.5h per week).

You must have evidence of significant professional experience, both clinically and managerially, in an acute theatre setting.
