A leading Welsh charity is now looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join the team at their community supported living service in Cardiff.

The charity itself provides comprehensive aid to vulnerable people with mental health, addiction & related conditions who are facing difficult circumstances, such as with substance misuse, the criminal justice system, or loss of sufficient housing/ employment.

The supported accommodation service provides focused support for people with complex mental health diagnoses to regain their independent living skills, build positive relationships, and feel secure within a home specially dedicated to this purpose.

As a Support Worker, you will provide expert domiciliary care and wellbeing support while the residents work towards self-managing their own mental & physical health and pursuing new goals & aspirations.

This is a permanent position for a Support Worker, working part-time (30h) although additional hours are also available. The service operates around the clock, 7 days per week. Enhanced pay rates will be offered for evenings, sleep-ins, weekends, and bank holidays.
