Sterling Cross are currently working alongside an independent community pharmacy group across London that is looking for a Superintendent/Operations Manager to come and join their team. They currently hold a fantastic reputation through the community and are looking for experienced and passionate Pharmacists that are wanting to progress in their careers.
As a Superintendent you will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care by ensuring compliance with statutory and professional requirements of the General Pharmaceutical Council. You will also document, maintain and communicate effective, efficient safe working practices and standing operating procedures required by the GPhC.
You will be an expert leader and provide support to all Pharmacy staff throughout the business as well as monitoring, assessing and overseeing the training and development of staff. You will also be business minded providing feedback and contribute ideas on driving the business forward.
The role will be Full time working Between Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays.
Person Specification:
Candidates MUST be a GPHC registered pharmacist with at least 5 years' experience
