Person Specification:
You will have:
- Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult/RN Mental Health)
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments
- up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
- Experience in caring for patients living with dementia
