Salary: £32,306 to £39,027 + relocation allowance

The Mental Health Services have entered a 3-year transformation program that will ensure services are focused on providing care at the heart of the community. The team are forging and renewing partnerships between colleagues in Primary & Secondary Care Services to reposition mental health care for our population back into the community.
As a Social Worker or Occupational Therapist in Mental Health you will strive to deliver high quality and effective services to people experiencing severe and enduring mental health problems, working as an interdisciplinary team.
Full-Time & Part-Time hours can be accommodated.
Person specification:
Your core profession must be in social work or occupational therapy.
You must have valid registration with SWE or the HCPC.
