A leading Surrey hospital for specialist elective healthcare is now looking for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist specialising in oncology to join them within their first-class independent cancer care services.

The MQEM-awarded oncology unit has seen intensive investment recently and offers an ultra-modern yet comfortable space for comprehensive cancer care – integrated, targeted therapies for a wide range of presentations, including breast, lung and GI cancers, lymphomas, myeloma, and tumours in the head and neck, and encompassing both curative and palliative treatments.
Alongside surgical interventions, the unit’s pods can accommodate chemotherapy, immunotherapy and blood product support.
As a Senior Oncology Pharmacist, you will be a key member of the oncology, haematology, and aseptic pharmacy team, using your expertise to assess, treat, and counsel patients through each treatment cycle to reach the best outcome possible for them. As the department continues to grow, you will be able to take advantage of substantial opportunities for clinical progression within the oncology specialism.
This is a permanent, full-time (37.5h) position for a Senior Oncology Pharmacist.
Person specification:
Candidates will have:
- (Essential) GPhC-accredited MPharm degree or equivalent
- (Essential) GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
- (Essential) A minimum of 3 years’ post-registration experience
- (Essential) A minimum of 2 years’ experience within clinical oncology
- (Essential) Clinical Pharmacy diploma with hospital focus or equivalent experience
- (Desirable) SACT passport
