A leading Hampshire charity for children and young people is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse of any discipline to join the team as a Senior Nurse and help guide the provision of outstanding holistic care for a range of complex paediatric health needs. While previous experience with children will be beneficial, the service is incredibly diverse and appreciates excellent clinical skills from all areas of nursing.

Established in 1997, the charity has been providing specialist paediatric services for over 25 years, delivering comprehensive clinical, emotional, and pastoral support to young people and their families in an upbeat and relaxed environment.

As a Senior Nurse with the service, you will exercise your excellent clinical and communication skills to deliver, oversee and evaluate the care and support provided by the dedicated MDT, ensuring the highest standards of safety and effectiveness are consistently met for the best possible experience for young patients and their families.

This is a permanent Senior Nurse role with a mixed shift pattern. Full-time hours are ideal, but part-time hours (in line with the full shift rotation) can also be considered.

Person specification:

You must have valid NMC registration (any nursing discipline will be considered).

You must be able to work a mixed shift pattern – some shift flexibility may be available but cannot be guaranteed on a regular basis.

A valid driving licence will be beneficial due to the location of the service.

Benefits include:

Continuation of NHS pension

Free on-site parking

Extensive education and development opportunities
