A luxury care home in northern Aberdeen is now looking for a Registered Nurse with experience in elderly care to join the team right by the banks of the River Don.

This care home was purpose-built to provide nursing, dementia and respite care that puts the person first. As a Senior Nurse, you’ll develop and implement effective and person-centred care plans, make key decisions, and act as a role model of best practice – helping to maintain an optimum therapeutic environment for residents with age-, mobility- and dementia-related needs.

This is a permanent position (full-time or part-time) for a Senior Nurse, days or nights available.

We will be happy to consider Registered Nurses who trained in general nursing (RN Adult), mental health (RMN), or learning disabilities (RNLD).

 

Person specification:

  • (Essential) NMC registration in a relevant nursing discipline.
  • (Essential) Professional experience with dementia and related needs.
  • (Essential) Previous experience as a mentor to more junior team members.
