A brand-new luxury care home just outside Weybridge is now looking for a Senior Care Assistant (HCA) to join the team, providing first-class overnight care for older people in need of a little extra support.

This residential home was purpose-built and recently opened its doors to offer a contemporary, deluxe home that can fully accommodate residents’ individual needs and preferences, whether on a long-term or respite basis. It joins a national network of high-quality facilities led by a group known for exceptional, person-centred care, including for age-related conditions, physical and neurological disabilities, and poor mental health.

As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you’ll support the more advanced elements of care (such as medication and assessments) and mentor more junior members of the team, helping to maintain a comfortable overnight environment and a superb quality of life for the residents.

This is a permanent, night shifts only position, with full-time (33h) or part-time hours available.

Person specification:

  • (Essential) At least 2 years’ experience as a Care Assistant in a residential care setting
  • (Essential) Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
  • (Essential) Ability to work alternate weekends
