Care Assistants play a vital role in residents’ wellbeing, and it is your support – through assisting with daily living and providing companionship – that helps residents have as fulfilling a home living experience as possible. As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll support more advanced elements of care (such as medication and assessments) and mentor more junior team members, crucial in maintaining a comfortable environment and superb quality of life.

Person specification:
- (Essential) Previous professional experience in an elderly care setting
- (Essential) Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
