We are now looking for a passionate and dynamic Registered Nurse to join a specialist neurological care service near Hitchin!

The Neurological Care Centre cares for adults with a broad range of brain and nerve conditions, such as TBIs, MS, Huntington’s disease, and Parkinson’s disease. As a Neurology Nurse, you will:

  • deliver high quality, person-centred interventions to individuals staying for long-term or short stay respite neurological care.
  • work collaboratively with nursing colleagues and the wider MDT to provide an integrated, proactive service.
  • provide effective leadership and mentoring in the absence of a senior team member.
  • ensure residents meet their full potential and enjoy a high quality of life.

This is a permanent, days-only role for a Registered Nurse, with full-time or part-time hours available.

Person specification:

You must have current NMC registration as an RN Adult.

Experience within neurological or specialist palliative care is preferred but not essential.

You will need access to your own transport for this role as the site is not accessible by public transport.
