Registered Nurse, Hospice – RN Adult

South-West London

£32,466 - £47,965 per year DOE

AA/SW/11271

A leading London palliative care charity has a fantastic new opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN Adult) to join the team at their CQC “Outstanding” rated inpatient unit in SW London.

Offering practical, psychological, and bereavement support alongside pain and symptom management, the diverse MDT provides holistic, inclusive care to local people with life-limiting conditions and their loved ones – whether as part of a stay within the hospice itself, through specialist outpatient services, or out in the community.

The IPU is a dedicated space for patients to manage difficult symptoms before returning home, to get short-term support before continuing to live independently, or to receive specialist end-of-life care for an advanced illness in full comfort and privacy. As a Registered Nurse, you will be delivering expert care for a range of palliative conditions (such as cancers, organ failure, and chronic respiratory and neurological diseases) within the IPU to safely and effectively manage symptoms, support wellbeing, and make a real difference to our patients’ quality of life.

This is a permanent role for a hospice-based Registered Nurse (RN Adult), suitable for a Nurse at a Band 5 or Band 6 level of experience. Full-time (37.5h) and part-time hours are available with a mixed shift pattern.

Person specification:

You must be registered with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult).

Palliative care experience is preferred but not essential.

Benefits/enhancements include:
