Job Title: Registered Manager – Community Care

This well-established private care service endeavours to provide the best standard of care so that service users can live as independently and with as much dignity as possible, in the comfort and security of their own homes.
As the Registered Manager, you will use your expertise to ensure that care at all times meets the needs of service users and remains person-centred, safe, and compliant with all legal and care sector policies.
This role is based in the newly refurbished, completely reworked office and will keep primarily office hours (Mon-Fri, 8.30-5), with occasional unsocial hours required based on an emergency duty rota.
Person Specification:
For this Registered Manager role, you must have:
- NVQ Level 5 (minimum) in Health and Social Care
- At least 2 years’ recent experience in care management
