We have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Pharmacy Dispenser to join a local pharmacy just outside Stockton-on-Tees, supporting excellent health and wellbeing services for the local community.
Set in a lovely village-esque location, the pharmacy has a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere inside while it benefits from being close to local amenities and bus stops.
In terms of services offered, visitors can access a range of NHS and private services alongside their prescriptions, such as:
- Minor ailment advice
- Smoking cessation support
- Emergency medicines
- Seasonal vaccinations
- And more.
As a Pharmacy Dispenser, you will be key to the smooth running of the pharmacy — assisting with dispensing duties and keeping the store an inviting and well-organised place — with the support of a band of counter support colleagues and a friendly, approachable senior team.
Your role will come with further training and development opportunities so that you can build on your current skills and experience.
This is a permanent, part-time position covering Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and alternate Saturday mornings.
Person specification:
- (Essential) Level 2 qualification in a pharmacy subject
- (Essential) Previous Pharmacy Dispenser experience (community or clinical background considered)
