One of Scotland’s leading specialist hospitals for elective services is undergoing an exciting period of expansion, and is now looking for an experiencedPharmacistor Pharmacy Technician to lead the growing team as the PharmacyClinical Services Manager.

As the hospital’s inpatient and surgical provisions expand, integrated pharmacy services are growing alongside; as Clinical Services Manager, you will provide the team with expert clinical leadership and direction so that pharmaceutical care continues to be safe, effective, and person-centred during this period of change and beyond.

This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5h) for a Pharmacy Clinical Services Manager (Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician), working Mon – Fri.

Previous clinical or management experience will be advantageous but not essential as full training and support will be provided to you for this role. Should you be relocating to Aberdeen, a support package can also be provided to help ease the transition.

Person specification:

Candidates will have:

  • Valid registration with the GPhC as a Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician.

It is preferred but not essential that candidates have:

  • Previous managerial experience.
  • Previous experience practising within a hospital setting.
