They currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Pharmacist Manager to come and join their team. This is a great opportunity for a Pharmacist who would like to further their career, as you will be supported throughout to ensure that you deliver a consistently excellent level of service.
We are looking for an individual who will work proactively to develop and improve community services, who can prove themself as an effective member of the team, and who will guide the continued growth of the pharmacy.
You will need the drive to be proactive in providing an array of services in a community pharmacy and be a passionate pharmacist looking to improve on their knowledge. You will be focused just as much on building relationships as you are the business.
If you love nothing more than getting to know customers as well as being proactive in providing an array of services in a busy community pharmacy, you could be the person we are looking for.
Benefits:
£5,000 bonus for increasing the item numbers by 1000 items (maintained for 3 months).
NMS/private services incentives are negotiable.
Person Specification:
You must be a GPhC-registered Pharmacist.
