Sterling cross have a great opportunity for a hardworking, experienced pharmacist manager to join our client based in the Falkirk area. Our client is an independent owned, well renowned community pharmacy. You will be part of a well organised team that hold a reputation for going that extra mile for their customers. The branch does around 4,000 items per month with the help of a well-trained and efficient team. The role holds enormous scope to improve on this and there is a healthy performance based bonus in place to incentivise this.
We are looking for a pharmacist who is an expert in developing long standing relationships with customers from a variety of backgrounds. Whilst experience in a previous manager role is desired however not essential as within the role you will have continued support and training. You will work proactively to develop and improve community services, and will also provide effective leadership, and help the continued growth of the pharmacy. You will need to be a strong and confident leader who knows exactly what it takes to make the whole team tick. You will be focused just as much on building relationships as you are the business. This is an excellent role for someone that is looking to take a hands on approach and develop their career. If you love nothing more than getting to know customers as well as being proactive in providing an array of services in a busy community pharmacy, you could be the person we are looking for.
Person Specification:
Candidates MUST be GPHC registered
Holding the IP Qualification is preferred but not essential.
