Sterling Cross has a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking, experienced pharmacist manager to join our client based in Lytham to work between Monday and Friday. You will join an independent community pharmacy that goes above and beyond to ensure that their staff and customers are well looked after.
We are looking for an experienced pharmacist manager who is an expert in developing long standing relationships with customers from a variety of backgrounds. You will work proactively to develop and improve community services, and will also provide effective leadership, and help the continued growth of the pharmacy. You will need to be a strong and confident leader who knows exactly what it takes to make the whole team tick. You will be focused just as much on building relationships as you are the business. If you love nothing more than getting to know customers as well as being proactive in providing an array of services in a busy community pharmacy, you could be the person we are looking for.
Person Specification:
Candidates must be GPhC-registered.
