Sterling Cross is currently looking for a Pharmacist Manager for a leading community pharmacy group at their branch in Ashford. They are renowned for going the extra mile with their staff as well as their customers.
As a Pharmacist Manager, you will ensure that every customer receives a positive experience and that the branch runs as efficiently as possible. You will be able to work well as part of a team as well as taking on extra responsibilities when needed. Working closely with the team of ACT's and dispensers, you will ensure that the team are able to work towards their responsibilities.

As well as annual salary reviews, you will also be introduced to a bonus scheme that will enhance your income.
The role:
- Permanent, full-time
- Up to £60,000 basic salary DOE
- 12,000 items per month
- Over 6 weeks’ Holiday
- GPhC fees paid
- Bonus structure
- Next to medical centre
- Excellent support network within branch and head office
- Develop clinical skills
Person specification:
Candidates must be a GPhC-registered Pharmacist with UK pharmacy experience
