Sterling Cross is currently looking for a Pharmacist based in the Dover area to join a local family-owned independent community pharmacy. The branch currently does around 5500 items per month and is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Pharmacist Manager to take charge of the day-to-day running of the store.
As a Pharmacist Manager, you will work proactively to deliver, develop, and improve outstanding pharmacy services, motivating the team – including a full contingent of dispensers and counter assistants – to supply the community with exceptional customer service.
You will be a dynamic Pharmacist looking to improve on your practical knowledge, enthused about the potential of Community Pharmacy, and focused just as much on building relationships as you are the business.
