Sterling Cross is looking for a skilled Pharmacist to join a next-generation homecare service as a pharmacist which bridges the gap between community and hospital pharmacy and to provide expert remote pharmaceutical counselling and advice to patients across the UK.
As a pharmacist, you will clinically screen prescriptions, use your expertise to professionally advise and guide your multidisciplinary colleagues, and perform pharmacovigilance activities across a broad spectrum of treatments, medicines, and medical devices, for conditions ranging from managed acute illnesses to complex chronic and orphan diseases.
This is ideally a full-time role. Office working hours Monday to Friday (No weekends)
Person specification:
MPharm Degree or equivalent qualification that meets the Criteria for initial registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council
A PGDip in Clinical Pharmacy (or equivalent), alongside prior experience in homecare pharmacy, will be advantageous but not essential.
