We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN Adult, RMN or RNLD) to join a leading luxury care group as a Peripatetic Deputy Home Manager, helping to maintain care standards in the local area.

The group is highly praised for its person-centred approach to caring for age-related, mental health, and physical health needs within its line-up of luxurious, contemporary care homes; your actions as Peripatetic Deputy Manager will help ensure residents in Yorkshire can continue to live well, stay active, and make the most of what their home has to offer.

You will have a much greater level of variety in your day-to-day, in that you will travel to different homes within the area to assist with the more clinical aspects of care: monitoring regulatory compliance, assuring quality and safety, and ensuring clinical practice is always in line with the latest guidance. In return, you’ll get a sector-leading employee benefits and development package, as well as a £2,000 sign-on bonus*.

You’ll be based within the Yorkshire area, covering a small network of homes around Leeds and North Yorkshire. Unfortunately, local public transport is limited; as you will need to be able to travel reliably, a car will be necessary for this role. The mileage of your journeys will be subsidised.

This is a permanent, full-time (40h) position for a Peripatetic Deputy Home Manager (clinical).

Please note: this advert has been edited as of 18/09 to reflect clarification in the job description. This role is more focused on home management and governance rather than as a hands-on Clinical Lead.
