A specialist Uxbridge school is now looking for an Occupational Therapist to join the team in empowering children and young people with complex learning needs through a holistic approach to education.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will join the multidisciplinary team in delivering targeted 1:1 and group-based interventions that support young people who have a broad range of complex learning needs, including moderate learning disabilities, severe learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and/or SLCN.
In doing so, you will help students to feel valued, build strong and lasting relationships, develop new knowledge and skills, and gain the confidence to challenge themselves and thrive.
This is a permanent, full-time (40h per week) position for an Occupational Therapist. This covers Monday - Friday, term-time only plus staff training days and an additional 120 hours (3 weeks) across the school year.
Person specification:
- (Essential) HCPC registration with the as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- (Essential) Membership of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT)
- (Essential) Previous experience with SEN in an educational setting
