A fully “Good” premium care home in Ludlow is now looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) to join the team and lead expert nursing care as a Unit Manager.

As Unit Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring nursing care within your unit: assessing and devising care plans for new and existing residents, managing and mentoring your team, and building strong relationships to maintain the safest and most effective level of care possible for your residents.

Person specification:
- (Essential) NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN)
- (Essential) Professional experience caring for older adults with complex health needs
- (Essential) Professional experience managing and mentoring a nursing team
- (Desirable) Relevant teaching/assessing/mentoring qualification
