Your role as a Psychologist (Clinical, Counselling Forensic Psychologist) will involve working alongside a great MDT who provide a tailored programme of therapeutic rehabilitation and support for those experiencing complex social, behavioural, and emotional issues.
The purpose-built facility includes 2 units offering psychiatric assessment and rehabilitation and a step-down service where you'll aim to promote recovery and smooth transitions into community-based care for those 13-19yrs.
As a Clinical, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist with the team, you will devise and deliver effective, person-centred talking therapies that help residents to understand and manage their emotions, better cope with everyday challenges, and make real and lasting improvements in their mental health for a brighter, more resilient future.
This is a permanent, ideallyfull-time (37.5h) role for a Clinical Psychologist.

Person specification:
You must be registered with the HCPC as a Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist or Forensic Psychologist.
Experience of working with young people desirable but not essential.
