Care Home Clinical Lead – RN Adult or RMN

£51,123 per year + enhancements

One of the UK’s Top 20 Care Home Groups in 2022 is now looking for an experiencedNurse (RN Adult or RMN) to join their luxury home in Workington, a home purpose-built to provide exceptional round-the-clock nursing and dementia care, as the Clinical Lead.

Rated “Good” in all areas, the home is a spacious and modern place for older adults to reside in comfort and style, with a strong sense of community and the scenic Lake District and Solway Coast nearby to enjoy. The MDT is well-prepared to care for residents who require support with physical health issues, dementia-related concerns, and other specialist mental health needs in a safe and homely environment.

As the Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for the high standards of care provided to residents, with the autonomy to demonstrate your strengths in both clinical expertise and team management. Your role will involve ensuring complete regulatory compliance, overseeing clinical decision-making, and keeping team training in line with the latest clinical developments, all so that provided care continues to evolve and fulfil changing healthcare needs. You will also spend at least 1 day per week providing hands-on care, allowing you to keep your skills sharp and evaluate operations from on the ground.

As a warm welcome from the team, a £2,000 support package is available to aid in settling in.
