Organise and negotiate top-quality personal care as a Care Coordinator at this community care service!

This well-established private care service endeavours to provide the best standard of care so that service users can live as independently and with as much dignity as possible, in the comfort and security of their own homes.

As a Care Coordinator, you will use your excellent communication and time management skills to plan and organise community care rotas, produce and review care plans, and handle any care enquiries.

This role is based in the brand new Hailsham office and will keep primarily office hours (Mon-Fri, 8.30-5), with occasional unsocial hours required based on an emergency duty rota. Some travel may be required.

Person Specification:

For this Care Coordinator role, you will ideally have a recognised qualification in care, nursing, or a related discipline, and either some previous experience in community care or any relevant transferrable skills.

You will need a valid driving licence and your own transport for any travel requirements.
