The Role: 

• Provide business and administrative support to the business 

• Take overall responsibility for all services including communications, networking, marketing and social media, finance and HR.

• To act as main point of contact to all internal staff, partners and members of the public who contact the team are dealt with efficiently. 

• Line manage all administration staff, including on boarding, induction, performance management and training. 

• Contribute to the strategic planning of all business development activities. 

• Develop policies and procedures relating to security, confidentiality and data protection. 

• To ensure all confidential information is archived correctly, safely and recorded accordingly. 


The Company: 

Our client is a therapeutic trauma specialist assessment and evidence based treatment service. They have the expertise to work with local authorities to get the best outcomes for children and young people who have suffered developmental trauma and/or complex trauma, attachment difficulties and who may have neuro developmental differences.


Key Attributes: 

• A background in Social Care, Mental Health or Children's Services.

• Previous experience within a Managerial role

• A passion for making a difference every day

• Excellent communicator

• The ability to prioritise a busy, varied workload
