A leading elective healthcare provider is now looking for a Registered Nurse (RN Adult) with experience in chemotherapy / cancer care to join the staff bank for their Surrey hospital, where they offer treatment (including surgical, hormone, chemo- and radiotherapies) for a broad range of cancers within their growing, ultra-modern oncology unit.
Rated fully “Good” by the CQC, the hospital as a whole specialises in acute services and surgical procedures, both routine and complex; alongside cancer care, patients attend the hospital for premium dermatology and ophthalmology services, imaging and clinical investigations, cosmetic and orthopaedic surgeries, and more.
As a Bank Oncology Nurse, you will support the provision of outstanding cancer care when there are absences or exceptionally busy periods, such as by administering systemic anti-cancer treatment, conducting assessments and monitoring of patient status, and supporting patients with their understanding of and involvement in their personal treatment plan.
This is a bank role where you can pick up shifts to suit your current schedule/commitments.
