About Suzanne
Suzanne joined Sterling Cross with a background in property, primarily in client relations roles. Her early career was spent in retail, having been appointed the youngest ever Department Manager at employee-owned John Lewis Partnership aged just 21. Her organisational skills have allowed her to advance through management roles for brands including Arun Estates and Spicerhaart, before joining Sterling Cross in 2019.
Suzanne has since overseen the successful management of some of our larger scale NHS and private sector projects, which included taking a lead role in the company’s mass vaccination projects in spring 2021.

Since embarking on her journey with Sterling Cross she has formed profound relationships with some of the country’s largest healthcare organisations, and works closely with them to implement streamlined processes that result in successful ongoing recruitment.
