Kate has been in recruitment for 17 years, starting her career in the investment banking sector in the Square Mile before making the move away from London to Kent in 2008 where she joined Sterling Cross.
As an instrumental figure in developing the Sterling Cross service, Kate has worked with clients across the health care sector, including the NHS, private hospitals, clinics and specialist centres. During her time with Sterling Cross she has not only pioneered new and effective ways of sourcing the best candidates, but has used her experience to build and lead a reputable team who have worked on high profile recruitment projects for clients across the sector.
As a talented relationship-builder, Kate now takes responsibility for the company’s NHS and private hospital contracts, using her expertise to help clients solve some of their most challenging recruitment problems.
