About Aichan

Aichan joined Sterling Cross in 2012 from one the largest steel stockholders in the UK. She had previously worked as a commercial account manager, ranking within the companies top 10 performers nationwide.

I knew leaving the steel industry would be a career risk, but upon meeting the founders of Sterling Cross I was moved by their genuine aspiration to deliver a service that makes a difference and to include me as part of their future vision.”

Since joining in her early years as a recruiter, Aichan has helped play a crucial role in business development and retention, her meticulous approach to recruitment and understanding the importance of building long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike has helped her build an impressive reputation within the healthcare industry. Aichan currently oversees the Mental Health, Education, PCN and Elderly Care departments.
