Description : Our client is currently recruiting for a Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to become a valued member of their passionate team. The post is based in a beautiful setting mixing the scenic aspect of Cornwall with the accessibility of being near the town centre of Launceston.
As a registered nurse (RGN/RMN) you will have the support of an experienced MDT, that place the residents need at the forefront of their values. Your professional development is important for the service, and they will ensure they are providing you with various interesting training opportunities.
The home that you will be working in is rated "good" by the CQC in their recent inspection, with a diverse team you will be able to benefit from. The service has a large age group of residents, ranging from 30 years old upwards.

Person Specification : You'll need to be a qualified nurse as an RGN/RMN, have current NMC registration, a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
