Description : A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ward Manager (RN Adult) to work with a wide variety of specialisms in a modern and supportive environment.
As a Ward Manager (RN Adult) you will provide exemplary planned care for patients whilst ensuring that outstanding hospital standards are met.
You will have the opportunity to proactively use a range of skills and styles of communication with others to improve long terms goals. This role will be both rewarding and challenging, enabling you to further develop your clinical and managerial skill.
As a Ward Manager (RN Adult) you will manage the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of planned care for patients, whilst managing more than one clinical team, in a safe and caring environment, in the most efficient and clinically effective way. You will provide excellent clinical and managerial leadership and appropriate support to other staff in the department as well as advising the Head of Clinical Services in the overall management of the healthcare environment.
Person Specification : To succeed in this role you must have Full NMC registration and a minimum of 2 years' management experience.
