Description: This co-educational day and boarding school enjoys a global reputation as a centre of academic excellence. They offer a stimulating, intellectually demanding and balanced education for over 1100 pupils from the age of 11 to 18.

They are looking for an experienced, Clinical Support Workers to work across the school site which includes their Health Centre.

Medical services are provided to both pupils and staff and is a valued part of the pupils' pastoral system, assisting in looking after both their physical and emotional medical needs.

Posts are full and part time with a variety of shift patterns available, so a degree of flexibility is required.

A full and comprehensive job description is available but some of the responsibilities for the role will include:

* Assists pupils with compassion to undertake normal activities of daily living whilst ensuring and promoting pupils wellbeing.
* To assist in monitoring pupil's condition and record observations as instructed by the lead Nurse.
* To follow care plans developed by the RGN or other health care professional and only undertake work which is within own competence and to identify any further work required to be undertaken by more senior staff.or practices.

Positions are both permanent and temporary 6 month contracts which could be extended to 12 months!

Person Specification: Ideally suitable candidates will have gained experience within a Care Support Role - (NVQ II or similar qualified) with previous experience working within a School or Medical Practice dealing with young adults..
