We are looking for imaginative and playful individuals that are motivated in providing quality healthcare to children and young people suffering with mental health. As a Unit Manager CAMHS (Band 8A) you will be joining a dynamic and supportive senior leadership team, be responsible for providing high quality clinical and operational leadership to the in-patient multidisciplinary team.

Working as a Unit Manager CAMHS (Band 8A) you will work well under pressure; place high worth in team-based working and with an unrelenting passion and dedication for working with young people and their families.

Person Specification: To be a successful Unit Manager CAMHS (Band 8A) You must have current first level NMC registration as either a RMN or RNLD with experience in working in child and adolescent mental health. You must also have experience of working in a CAMHS unit setting at a charge nurse or ward manager level.
