Description: This NHS organisation is progressive, innovative and provides quality care to patients within the community. The role of Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Band 8A) is based within the Rapid Response Team. This service provides a multi-disciplinary urgent assessment and crisis intervention service within a 2 hour response to patients in the community.

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Band 8A) you will be expected to be a non-medical prescriber with extensive community experience and skilled to see patients independently, making autonomous decisions in the clinical and diagnostic assessment of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed complex health and social care needs.

This is a Full Time role with no nights ; shifts will be between 09:00 and 18:30.

Person Specification: You must have current NMC registration and be registered as a non-medical prescriber. To be considered for this role you will need to have Community Healthcare experience.
