Salary: £30000 - £38000
Description: We are looking for experienced competent Senior MRI and CT trained radiographer to work flexibly across both a Siemens 1.5T Symphony and a GE Lightspeed.
This is a small private unit located near to the beautiful, lively and unique cosmopolitan town of Brighton. Otherwise known a London by the sea, this site provides general and specialist scanning to both Self-Funding and Private Patients.
Our Senior Radiographers are responsible for the implementation of service quality developments, maintaining knowledge of current research and new clinical practices.
There is also a requirement to mentor and train rotational/ visiting radiographers within the unit and ensure that they are mentored, skilled and competency assessed to the required clinical standards.
Our site is open from 08:30-17:00, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). As there is no on call or weekend work required at this site, it is the perfect place of work for those who prefer fixed shift pattern and hours within core working hours.

Person Specification: These positions are open to any Radiographer with more than 1 years post qualification experience.
All applicants must hold a Diploma of the College of Radiographers or BSc in Radiography or other UK recognised qualification, have a current HCPC Registration and evidence of CPD.
Candidates ideally must have previous experience and who would be comfortable with a wide range of examinations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and IT literacy are essential. IV skill is ideal but not essential. For Senior Roles CT/MRI experience is essential.
