Description: Our client is currently recruiting for a staff nurse to joint their fantastic team. The role is within a modern nursing home based in the beautiful rural village of Tarporley. You would be joining a brilliant company that put emphasis on providing the best care possible to all residents. The home that the right candidate would enter is a specialist in dealing with palliative care and patients that suffer from dementia.

As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) you'll be responsible for looking after the physical, psychological and social needs of the residents to ensure that they are satisfied with every aspect of the care they receive. Along with the above you would also be responsible for developing care plans, providing medicine safely and delivering a high standard of care at every opportunity.

Person Specification: You'll need to be a qualified nurse as an RGN/RMN, have current NMC registration, a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
