Salary: £32,760 - £45,760 per annum

As a Registered Nurse (RGN) you'll be responsible for looking after the physical and mental needs of the residents to ensure that they are satisfied with every aspect of the care they receive. As a Senior Nurse with our client, you'll be expected to use leadership skills to ensure the residents receive the highest standard of care. You'll use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions, from assessing the needs of a new resident to implementing safeguarding policies. As part of your responsibilities, you'll support and mentor your team to make sure they have the clinical training they need to feel confident providing the highest standard of nursing care. As a Senior Nurse (RGN), you'll have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way - and be truly valued and respected for what you do.

Person Specification: You'll need to be a qualified nurse as an RGN/RMN, have current NMC registration, a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments,
