Description: Our client is currently recruiting for a Deputy General Manager to join their fantastic team. The role is within a modern nursing home based in a peaceful area of Lancaster. You would be joining a brilliant company that put emphasis on providing the best care possible to all their residents. The home that the right candidate would enter is a specialist in dealing with palliative care and patients that suffer from dementia.

As Deputy General Manager & Clinical Lead of our client's home, you'll support the delivery of the quality care they're known for. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you can expect to deal with everything from ensuring care standards to motivating your team. You'll inspire the team to make sure they help every resident to enjoy the best possible quality of life. You'll set the highest standards and draw on your skills to develop and deliver strategies that will help you achieve your goals.

Person Specification: You'll need to be a qualified nurse as an RGN/RMN, have current NMC registration, a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, experience or knowledge of dealing with budgets, Teaching/Assessing qualification.
