Description : Are you an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced clinical practitioner (ANP/ACP) looking to change environments? We at Sterling Cross may have the role you're looking for!

Our client is looking for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced clinical practitioner (ANP/ACP) to be a part of their exciting multi-disciplined workforce, providing out-of-hours telephone consultations, face to face consultations, or mobile/home visits.

Our client specialises in providing a high standard of care for patients of all ages with a wide variety of undifferentiated conditions. They are staffed primarily by a team of experienced Clinicians with additional support from other clinical and non-clinical members of staff. You will be an individual with a recognised master's degree in advanced Practice, and either have obtained the nurse prescriber qualification or are willing to undertake this. For the right candidate, our client would be willing to pay for the independent nurse prescribing course subject to specific criteria being met.

The shift patterns for the role are based out of hours, so the right candidate would be working between the hours of 6pm - 12am Monday - Thursday and between 6pm-8am Friday and weekends. The shift patterns are varied with flexibility on this within the rota system. The role is based across South West London with drivers provided to transport the ANP/ACP if required to do home visits.

Person Specification: You will be an individual with a recognised Master's degree qualification in Advanced Practice with experience working within a first-contact setting, Independent prescribing is not mandatory and our client would be happy to put successful candidate through the course, Experience of working within a telephone or triage assessment environment, experience seeing children 2 months and above is essential, as well as experience with pregnant woman for non-related pregnancy symptoms.
