Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen on an In-Patient Unit (IPU) for a registered nurse (RGN) who is keen to enhance their managerial, leadership and clinical skills. This post supports the IPU Nursing Manager in leading a team of nursing and healthcare staff, who provide skilled and compassionate care to patients and their families who are living with advanced, end stage illnesses.
Passionate about making a difference to patient care and keen to develop your potential as a nurse manager and leader, you will have recent experience in palliative care or oncology and have some proven managerial experience. You will also be able to demonstrate that you are highly motivated and committed towards supporting the delivery of a high quality nursing and healthcare service. You should also be working towards, or have successfully completed, a degree in the speciality.

Person Specification: All applicants must hold a first level qualification in General Nursing (RGN) within the UK, along with a current valid PIN.
